In the far off future, mankind has become part of an
intergalactic community. One of these races is the
Ctarl Ctarl, a proud breed of warrior cat-like people.
A former ambassador for the empire is Aisha Clan-Clan,
who was removed from her position following an
accident outside the outlaw haven, Blue Heaven. She
was temporarily assigned as the Ctarl-Ctarl
representative for that sector until she caught up
with the outlaws that inadvertantly caused her demotion
in the first place, the crew of an experimental ship
called the Outlaw Star. Aisha confronted them, but was
defeated. She then ended up joining the crew and helped
them try to find the legendary Galactic Leyline which
is said to be a horde of treasure that can help its
finder take over the galaxy. Aisha is very strong and
can become even stronger while under the influence
of a moon when she can transform herself into a huge
wolf-like feline creature. She now continues her life
travelling the spaceways with the crewmembers of the
Outlaw Star.
