HostedScripts is not only a Board host, but also a cgi Host. They place a banner ad at the top of each forum. You can change the colors of your forums, but they will also have to match the rest of your scripts.

EzBoard.com offers a choice of two plans. The Free Plan, gives you a ton of customizations, however they plague your board with ads. The customizations include, different layouts, use of emoticons (smilies), ezcodes (ubb codes), users can register, you can use polls, signatures, and edit your posts, you may also have moderators. Pay Plan : The pay plan varies, on your visits, it starts at $30, you get even more customization, like hot topic, custom emoticons, sticky topic, you dont have to pay for restorals, and zero ads!
Users may also register locally to that one board, or Globally so they can post on any ezboard, they may also aquire CSC Orange ($7 for 6 months) so they may graze through ezboard and see no ads even on the free boards.
