The story of The twins named Wanop and Carew starts in Raza, as children Wanop and Carew grew up in the peacful village. The relationship between carew and Wanop seemed normal enough. Sure, they had their quarrels, what brothers do not? But it goes deeper, It started at a young age, Carew would always worship Shal'ille as he was taught. Carew also found a pastime by playing his lute often for fun and pleasure. Wanop however, as a child was very troublesome in the eyes of his parents, he would not pay attention in the services and often he skipped church to go and hunt. One day he was hunting during a shal'ille service and he noticed an "animal" he'd never seen before...he came closer, he finally found out that the "animal" was not and animal but a female, a priestess. A priestess of a goddess he had never heard of, Qor. The priestess took Wanop in as a lost child and cared for him as any mother would care for a child and taught him in the ways of qor's love. Wanop learned many prayers and whatnot from the priestess. But what he learned before he was sent into Meridian, as all adults were to be sent to Meridian, was a spell. Before leaving for Meridian Wanop decided he would practice his spell, when he cast it, he found his hands were sizzling and burning and a green substance began to seep from his pores. At first, Wanop was frightened, but then he found a rabbit, he went to touch the rabbit and it spittled and screamed into a corrosive puddle of ooze. Wanop began to laugh, and the laughing was hysterical, He delighted in the killing of peaceful creatures at first, but then when he entered meridian and saw the many creatures there to hunt, he went so far as to begin killing sacred animals and eventually slaughtering holy beings. Carew was distaught to hear that his brother had been lost. He grieved the loss with his parents as they could only assume that Wanop was dead. They could find no body and there was no signs of where he might have gone. Carew began to grow in Shal'ille's light. He learned to cure others who were less fortunate: the injured, diseased, and cursed. He was much loved in Raza but as was tradition at the age of 21 (or 25 hp) Carew set out to discover the mysteries of Meridian. He hoped to spread the message of Shal'ille's love.
Upon the arrival of Carew, both Wanop and Carew soon learned of the other's existance within this Meridian. Carew went on a search to find Wanop and possibly turn him away from his wicked ways. Wanop was amused by this but not interested in changing anything. His insane quest for power continued.
"Carew?" Wanop asked obviously struggling to remember something he had forgotten."Oh yes my brother! He is a fool he thinks that Shal'ille loves all he is obviously confused for only Qor loves all children equally as opposed to the foolish Shal'ille who picks her favorites and showers love only on them I'll show Carew and all of Meridian what real power is so help me Qor!" A grin forms on Wanop's face,"I will keep Carew around after I rule all after all every king needs a fool and Carew does indeed make me laugh."
