Porn Guardian

The porn guardian are few and far between. These individuals take the path not often traveled. In the strange world of Hurid many would acquire the "porn weapons" for their own benefit. Likewise many would try to manipulate individuals connected to porn to their own ends. The Porn-Guardian chooses however to act in a manner as implied by his title; for no other reason than their belief / need to protect they guard people or items of importance in the religion of porn. Some of these individuals act as Templars of various temples to the porn pantheon, other more remembered individuals protected porn-weapons, or the current wielders of said weapons. The most remembered Porn Guardians were the Porn-Gremlins Grog and Waraugh. These two were charged with the singular task of protecting Wanop the wielder of Pornfork.

Requirements:

To qualify for the title of Porn-Guardian you must meet the following requirements:

Base Attack Bonus: +5

Skills: Knowledge (Pornlore) 8 ranks

Feats: Endurance, Expertise

Special: Must swear an oath in the name of Porn himself to Protect a person or that is related directly with Porn (DM's discretion).

Class Skills: Climb, Concentration, Craft, Heal, Jump, Knowledge (pornlore), Knowledge (religion), Profession, and Swim.

Class Features:

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Porn-Guardians are proficient with all simple and martial weapons, with all types of armor, and with shields.

Mettle (Su): A Porn-Guardian's single minded goal affords them the watchful eye of certain porn deities allowing them to shrug off magical effects that would otherwise harm them. If a Porn-Guardian makes a successful Will or Fortitude save that would normally reduce the spell's effect then the Porn-Guardian suffers no effect at all. Only those spells or abilities with the entry of "Will partial" or "Fortitude Half" or similar entries can be negated by this ability.

Weapon Specialization: A Porn-Guardian must be quite skilled to protect their charge they often make extra effort to train in their off time making them formidable with one particular weapon of their choice.

Locate Object/Person: The Porn-Guardian has a special link with their charge allowing them to find the person or thing more easily. This ability is as the spell and can be used one time plus Porn-Guardian level times per day only on the person or thing that they are trying to protect.

Damage Reduction: Starting at 3rd level, Porn-Guardians have the ability to shrug off some amount of injury from each blow or attack. At 3rd level Porn-Guardians have damage reduction 1/- this raises to 2/- at level 6 and raises again to 3/- at level 9.

Bonus Feat: At level 4 and then again at level 8 the Porn-Guardian gains a bonus feat. These bonus feats must be selected from the following list: Ambidexterity, Blind-Fight, Combat Reflexes, Dodge (Mobility, Spring Attack), Exotic Weapon Proficiency* Improved Disarm, Improved Trip, Whirlwind Attack, Improved Crit*, Improved Init, Improved Unarmed Strike (Deflect Arrows, Stunning Fist), Mounted Combat (Mounted Archery, Trample, Ride-by Attack, Spirited Charge) Point Blank Shot (Far Shot, Precise Shot, Rapid Shot, Shot on the Run,) Power Attack (Cleave, Improved Bull Rush, Sunder, Great Cleave), Quick Draw, Two-Weapon Fighting (Improved 2-weapon fighting) Weapon Finesse*, Weapon Focus*

Feats with asterisk (*) next to them can be taken multiple times but with a new weapon only.

Heroic Shield: At level 3 the Porn-Guardian gains the following ability. When defending their chosen charge the Porn Guardian receives a bonus to their AC. This bonus only applies when someone is directly attacking the item/person or when someone is trying to steal/kidnap the object/person. It does not apply in general combat situations such as a bar brawl, an ambush NOT set up for the sole intent of acquiring said charge, or generic melee combat. At lvl 3 this bonus is +1 it increases at lvl 5 to +2 and again at lvl 7 to +3

Insane Bravery: At level 10 the Porn-Guardian has become so devoted that not even fear of death or the unnatural will thwart the Porn-Guardian from their oath to protect. As such spells and spell-like effects that involve fear no longer effect the Porn-Guardian.
