Chapter Eight

"Yeah, we're here…" Christina said trying to stay composed as Lance unbuttoned her shorts and started to pull on the zipper "…yeah talk to you later…yeah…bye Aunt Jane." She turned around, in Lance's arms and faced him. "That wasn't very nice." "Hey, just about as nice as when we were in the truck." He said before kissing her. He pulled her into his arms and started walking her backwards to his room. He opened the door and they walked in. Breaking apart for a second both rid each other of their shirts and fell back into a longing, passionate kiss. They slowly made their way to the bed were Lance finished pulling off Christina's shorts as she unzipped and pulled Lance's shorts off. They continued to kiss both having the feeling that this was more intense then they had every experienced before. They lay back on the bed and Christina straddled Lance's stomach as she kissed her way up and down his body. He ran his hands from her neck down her back, to her thighs, then down to her knees and back up the front of her body. Christina kissed her way down the center of his body following the valley between his muscles until she reached his belly button and the top of his boxer/briefs. With her hands on both sides she pulled them off and ran her hands down his legs as she did. He moaned as she kissed and nibbled up his thigh, up to his stomach, and then down the other leg. "Wanna kiss the rest of the way up so I can get a kiss?" Lance groaned through his clenched teeth. "Ahh, poor baby…am I being mean again?" Christina asked as she started to slowly kiss her way up his body. "Yes, I wish you would learn to be nice" "Sorry not likely to happen" Christina said as she reached his chest, and started to kiss little circles around his muscles and then kissed her way on up his chest until she reaches his neck. "This is just pay back for the phone," she said as she reached his mouth and let their lips lock into a passionate kiss. They exploded each other's mouths and let their hands roam around. Christina jerked slightly and Lance pulled off her underwear and let his hand slip back up between her legs. They continued to kiss as Lance took his arms and put them on her waist. He flipped her suddenly positioning himself between her legs. Lance slowly worked his hands and mouth down her body and then back up being sure to not miss a spot. He let one hand rub her breast as the other ran over her body. Christina felt her body fill with anticipation as Lance touched and rubbed her body. While neither had ever been that far before they both felt safe and loving in each other's arms. There was stronger sense of love then ever. She knew they would be together until death. Moving back up her body Lance asked "Are you sure?" "Yes" she said with confidence, as his mouth reached down to hers and they began to kiss. Lance continued to kiss her as her reached over and opened the drawer beside his bed. Pulling out a condom he started to open it until she took it from him and pushed him back on the bed. Sitting on his legs she slowly rolled the condom down her first two fingers then reached up to kiss him. Slowly Lance leaned up and took her in his arms then laid her on the bed and slipped between her legs. Entering her slowly he could see her whine, then smile as the pain immediately gave way to pleasure. They slowly moved together until they found the rhythm they both wanted. Filling each other with love they kissed over and over as they climaxed with in seconds of each other. They both breathed deeply as Lance collapsed next to Christina pulling her with him. He pulled a blanket over them and slowly kissed her. "I love you," he said. "I love you too!" she said. Christina laid her head on his chest and laid a hand on his stomach. They just lay there quietly talking about how happy they were and how happy they were going to be for the rest of their lives. "Baby, what's this?" Christina asked as her hand ran over Lance's stomach and saw a slightly discolored circular like bruise. "Oh…I ran into a table in the kitchen a while ago. Guess it hasn't healed all the way yet." He answered calmly. "That's weird you always heal quickly." She said as she sat up and pulled the blanket with her to look closer. "But what really got my attention was the knot like mass under here." She said as she put a little pressure. "It's just a bruise. It'll go away in a few days. I promise. I don't remember how long ago I did it maybe it just needs more time." Lance said. "Have you had anyone look at it?" Christina asked. "No, it's just a bruise! Come on stop worrying so much. Lay back down here with me, so I can give you a kiss." Lance said putting his arms around her shoulders trying to get her attention away from the bruised area. "I can't help but worry. I love you too much and want to make sure you are okay!" she said still sitting up. "I know...but I'm fine…I promise…let's give it a few more day and then we'll worry" Lance said as he carressed her hair. "I'll make you a deal…" she said looking up at Lance with a concerned look on her face, "call the doctor tomorrow and tell her what you told me and if she isn't worried then I won't be. Anyway it wouldn't hurt for you to go in to have a yearly check up." "Will you stop obsessing about this right now if I agree?" he asked, and she shook her head yes. "Okay then I'll call when I wake up. Are you happy?" "Yes." She said as she kissed him and grinned widely. Christina lay back down on his chest and kissed and talked until both had fallen asleep. Lance woke up to the felling of Christina squeezing his stomach. He looked at her and saw her distorted face. Lance gently touched her face waking her up. "Babe what's wrong?" "Oh…nothing just a dream I guess." She answered slowly. "Wanna talk about it?" "Not really! Let's go back to sleep," she said as she kissed him then closed her eyes. She lay there until she felt Lance start to breathe steadily. Climbing out of bed she slipped on a robe and walked into the kitchen. Where she poured herself some milk and sat down at the table. This was the second time she had had this dream. It was the same one she had on the plane. She was in a white wedding dress standing in the entrance of a big white, beautiful church. Looking inside she saw dozens of beautiful flowers; also all the pews were full of people. This time she noticed that not all the people where smiling, actually none were smiling they all appeared to be sad or crying. She saw in the front row were Lance's parents and sister, behind them sat JC, Chrissy, Carla, Chris, Justin, Pam, Joey, and Sarah, and behind them sat Jen, Trisha, Rusty, Kelli, Andy and an empty seat then her cousin Jonathan. She saw the rest of her family sitting together in another row. Standing at the pulpit was Shannon who was in tears. She saw her pastor, as she looked more to the center of the altar. Her white dress turned to a dark black A-line dress, and her roses went from red to white as she looked up she thought she saw a coffin. That was when she had woken up both times. Finally she turned the light off and went back to the bedroom. She took the robe off, and slipped on one of Lance's shirts, then climbed back next to him. It took her awhile to shake the dream from her mind but she finally fell back to sleep rubbing the engagement ring she had just gotten It seemed to bring her a relief she didn't have before. She whispered "I love you" to the sleeping Lance as she fell back to sleep.
