~*Chapter Four*~
"So, anyways, like I was saying, I have to go back home for a few day. Wanna come?" Nick asked, molding his face into the puppy dog look he knew she couldn’t resist.
"You don’t have to look like that. I was gonna say yes anyways! Although, I am kinda nervous about meeting the P’s!"
"Don’t be, they’re nice, and sweet, and they know all about you," Nick reassurred her, running his hands over hers, pausing as he played with the ring he’d just given her. She smiled as she felt his fingers rest there, overcome with happiness.
"Ok, as long as you promise that nothing embarrassing will happen when I meet them. Cos there is bound to be some uncomfortable situation that I will have to deal with, and I just want you to let them know that I am a normal person, no matter how I might act around them, and …"
Nick cut her off with a kiss. As he broke away, he looked deep into her eyes and smiled. "Don’t worry, they’ll love you. Just like I do."
"I hope so,"
"Believe me, I know so, How could anyone not love you?"

"I don’t know about this… I don’t think that they’ll like me… what if they don’t? What about your sisters? What if they hate me? I’m gonna be there for two weeks with you, and what if they don’t like me and don’t talk to me and I’ll be alone and…" Kayti fretted.
Nick silenced her, holding up his index finger to her lips.
"Stop it! They’ll love you! I told you already. Plus, I’ll be there, so you won’t be alone. And two weeks isn’t that long. You’ll be fine. So stop stressing and settle down. Do you really want to look all stressed when you meet them? Cos they’re over there!"
Kayti looked up from her bag that she had been rummaging through, looking for her lip gloss. The look on her face made Nick burst into laughter.
"Just breathe…" she muttered as she straigtened up. Nick’s family had reached them by this time, and Nick was being smothered by his brother, Aaron. He was jumping all over his big brother, mussing up his hair and shrieking with laughter. Kayti stood back and watched Nick and his family, an amused smile on her face.
