RWTB Making History

July 12, 2010

March 27-28th of 2010 Rosenbach Warrior Training Branches accomplished an amazing feat in a so far amazing year for our organization. On March 27th  James Rosenbach, Hunter Gustafson, Colton Decker Jared Louden, Gary Leffler, Dave Page, Marcus McHugh, and Robert Bussey were honored and inducted into the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame (in Indianapolis, IN). Among those present was martial arts legend Frank Dux (whom the movie Bloodsport was written about).

Robert Bussey was recognized with the “Living Legend” award

“Soke” Dr. James Rosenbach was awarded for the 7th straight year.

Dr. Jim Thomas and Grandmaster Thomas Black ran a fantastic Banquet and Awards Ceremony. It was a wonderful night.

The team was congratulated by the Grand Masters for demonstrating respect, loyalty, teamwork, good sportsmanship, and comraderie. I have never been as proud of a group effort as much as the one these students displayed. They represented our school, our town, and our organization. 2010 is shaping up to be RWTB’s biggest year ever. It’s not too late to be a part of it. Get to class- train hard and hop on the train- because it’s rolling and I am proud to be a part of it and a part of you. We are all one family, congratulate and acknowledge these individuals for their effort and accomplishments. They were and are awesome.

Sincerely, with all honor and respect

James P. Rosenbach.

P.S. Let’s hear it for Instructor Jacob Kiefer who has a 2-0 record in MMA competition and will be going for his third win in Wahoo at the Ball Room Blitz in the starlite Ballroom on Saturday May 22nd See you there!

Also best break of the year-Instructor Al Bailey’s weeping water student Jerry Smith. He performed the best board break by any student that I’ve ever seen in 37 years. Going for his high red belt I had him break 4 boards- He did it on his first try… BLINDFOLDED! Awesome job Jerry!
