Al Bailey
Mr. Bailey is a Black Belt Chieftain Status and an instructor in Weeping Water Nebraska. He owns and operates his own Rosenbach Warrior Training Branch and teaches Lil' Dragons, Juniors, and Adults every sunday.
Al is a fantastic instructor who, like most of our Head Instructors, is great with kids.
Per Soke James Rosenbach:
"Al and his students are a great representation of the respect and discipline we try to instill in RWTB. Al is caring and giving, strong, firm but always fair and open-minded."
"Al is a great family man who loves his kids and is a strong man of faith."
"Weeping Water branch weapons forms are on the rise, but if you want to see a great grappling school, Weeping Water is one of the best."
"Al, like most of our Black Belts, has overcome adversity in his life; overcoming injuries and is a true warrior of heart."
"Above all else, Al is a man of his word and epitomizes my favorite code (To thine own self be true -Shakespeare)."
"I am proud to have him as a friend and one of my top instructors."

P.S. his wife Pam thinks he's pretty great too!
"I have a hard time thinking of another instructor I've met or worked alongside that could match Mr. Bailey in terms of heart. He pours himself into his own school but he always comes back to Fremont to attend classes and special events. He sets a high standard of respect and loyalty that our Instructors should strive towards. He greets everyone with a smile, and his good humor is infectious. I'm proud to know him."
Says Fremont Instructor Jesse Kiefer.
Al was inducted into the U.S. Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2006 and was honored as Grappling Instructor of the Year.
Al's Weeping Water RWTB school has been honored as RWTB's school of the year on numerous occasions. Al has likewise been personally honored as RWTB's "Man of the Year" on numerous occasions.
