Hi ppl's, in case anyone (besides Lauren) got mad at me because in chpt 3 I said novice Renee. I didn't mean it the way it sounded. The Moon Mages passed Mage school or College or whatever they go to, to train and learn, so they are mage's of the highest degree. Furthermore when I said 'novice' I meant, that Renee was going and acting like a little kid eg. "Oh please miss Julie.." If anyone (incluing me) did anything like that in real life or any of my stories, I'd treat them the same way. It's a thing, you know, student, teacher, employer, employee. 'Cause it's christmas, once.. More...." "ICE SKATING?" Serena shrieked in horror. "I couldn't skate gracefully if my life depended on it, especially in double's with Illie and Reeney watching." Serena thought about it for a minute. "Actually I could if my life depended on it, because of that thing when Darien was evil, and that thing with that guy Mishka or whatever his name was....anyway, I skate on one condition." "What?" They both asked. "Tailor made new skating outfits." Julie stared at her. Renee glared at her. "WE DO KNOW HOW TO MAKE CLOTHING SERENA." Renee yelled angrily. "You don't become a graduate to the Mage School without learning how to create clothes!" Julie blinked. She opened her mouth and raised a finger. She closed and opened her mouth a few times like a fish. "Let me get this straight. Renee, you had to learn to create clothes in Mage School?" Renee nodded. "Um Renee?" "What?" "Where's Lauren?" "She's gone to America to see if the guy who we thought we saw really exists and isn't a figment of our imagination." Julie stared at her suspiciously. "So she's gone." Julie stated. "Yep." "This is sooooo great!" Julie yelled. "Why?" Renee asked. "My friend Cathy's coming to Japan for the rest of this year and next year. She can stay with you until Lauren comes back. Now she doesn't have to stay with Sere, hooray!" "I get to see snow, I get to see snow." Julie chanted. The other two girls began to edge their way out of the room. But Julie was still incased in her little pink cloud of happiness and didn't notice. "Alex, please come down from the chandelier, now." Julie pleaded. But Alex refused to budge. Julie wondered what she could do. Then she remembered what Ce'Nedra the Queen from David Edding's books did when someone wasn't doing what she wanted. She figured she'd have to change a few words though. "Alex," Julie said, her eyes filling. "You don't like me do you? None of you like me, I guess I'll just have to go home one and a half years early." Then she started crying heart brokenly. " Alex couldn't stand it any longer. "OK, I'll be in the dumb competition," he yelled. Julie's tears vanished magically. "Okay!" She smiled. "See you at Renee's for fitting's tomorrow at two, don't be late. Seeya Alex, love ya." She winked and skipped happily out the door, humming joyfully. "I LOVE getting my own way." Julie said. Alex rolled his eyes, *Great, I've got a girlfriend who acts like a two year old* He thought miserably to himself. Julie was all the way down the street when people started staring at her. She coughed uncomfortably and slowed to a walk, then dashed into a shopping center (or a MALL as American's like to call them) Julie then found herself amoung racks and racks of the most beautiful ice skating outfits she had ever seen. A sparkle caught her eye. A blue green sparkly, long sleeved leotard, with a short red flowing skirt. Perfect, Julie dashed to the change rooms. Julie tried on the leotard and looked in the mirror, Wow she looked just like a princess. Now all she needed to do was to find her ice-skates, and design a routine, oh and find Alex a matching outfit. ** Second, Julie and Alex were second. Oh no, anything but that, they weren't ready. Alex threw Julie into the air, and she landed after two spins, on her right leg, barely managing to get her left out of the way in time. Julie's eyes sparkled in anticipation of the finale. Of course they didn't win, the ever incredibly perfect Dare & Sere did that, but they didn't even get _third_ They just got an honorable mention. Pretty depressing when you've spent over 200 dollars on skating fees (clothing, renting out the whole rink twice a week for a month and a half. It was a good thing that Alex's parents were practically million- ares, you could afford to be free with money when you were that rich. * (Flasback) Serena and Darien were walking in a beautiful garden. Serena bent over and picked a bright red flower, and then a white one. "Darien, what's this?" She asked holding them up. "We call them Roses, Serena." he said. "We don't have anything like that on the moon." Serena murmurred. "We'd better get back to the ball." Serena and Darien slowly walked around to the ballroom's outside stairs. At the top they stopped and turned to face each other. Darien stopped and then went down on one knee. "Princess Serenity, may I have the honor of courting you?" Serena curtsied until she was almost on the same level as Darien. "Darien, prince of Earth, you may." He smiled and they walked into the ballroom. Suddenly the doors blasted open, all the windows splintered. A figure stood in the doorway. "Sooo my dear sister." The figure said. "Quite a nice place you've got here." It stepped out of the shadows. "Beryl." Serenity hissed. "You were banished by Mother when we found out you had been harbouring the Negaforce." "Well now I'm back, and bold, and this time I'll win, do you know why? May I introduce to you, my new shadow warriors. You'd better get back to your kingdom Serenity, It'll all be mine soon." * * On the night on the moon when Serena and Darien were going to announce their engagement, the same thing happened. Beryl appeared. "Out of my way, you little tramp." Beryl said to Serena. "The prince should be honored, he will be the only one to live, he will become my consort after my generals and warriors, and shadows destroy everything. Venus hadn't even transformed yet. She was pleading with Kunzite. "Kunzite, PLEASE, why are you doing this". For all the other scouts there was similar things going on all over the moon. Except for Mars because Jadeite had allready killed her by then. * * * Queen Serenity looked out at all the destruction of all the moon kingdom before her. All her children were dead. The warriors were advancing towards the Queen. "Take care of them Luna, Artemis." The Queen said to the two cats at her side. "COSMIC MOON, POWER!" All of the scouts and Beryl and everyone else was transported to the future on earth. * * * * the year is 1999 Julie stopped writing, this fanfic was taking to long, and she felt it was getting boring. She turned on the TV and started watching Neon Genesis Evangelion. Then she went to bed because it was the end of the holidays, she started her arts degree tomorrow. * * * * "Now," the arts prof. said. "I know you were all told you had to do some sort of test. You can all intoduce yourselves to each other, and then we'll do the test. I'll just get everything ready in the other room now. The door slammed. "That's the weirdest prof. I've ever had." Said a girl. "We need to introduce ourselves, okay people, say your first name and last name and where you're from." Everyone groaned. Julie stood up. "Hi I'm Julie Cooke and I'm from Perth, WA of course." She sat back down. Another person stood up, a boy. "Hi, I'm Darien Chiba, and I'm from Tokyo on exchange." Another person stood up, and another, and another, until the whole class was introduced. (It was a small class Okay, only about fifteen people.) The prof returned. "Hi, I'm Professor Edwards, and the theatre is all set up, all of your classes will be taken in there from now on." Everyone gaped at the pure glamour of the room. "Pick a song off the top of your head and sing it. Alphabetical order. Mr Chiba, you first." Darien stood up and made his way onto the stage. He picked up the microphone.
