Police Chief Clancy Wiggum is the father of Ralph Wiggum and the epitome of police corruption. One of my favorite episodes with him was the one where Marge becomes a cop. She walks down the training facility for practice shooting and shoots all the enemies and spares all the civilians. After she finishes, Wiggum comes up to her and says, "You missed the baby, you missed the blind man..." Later, she's driving through a simulation of a high-speed chase. When she's done, Wiggum says, "Oh, sorry, Simpson, you'll have to do the course again. I was trying to get this magic eye picture... oh, hey, there it is, heh, a pony." Marge then struggles to climb over a wall during physical training. Wiggum smugly says, "Women. They always have trouble with the wall. They can never seem to find the door." Chief Wiggum is one of the funniest, most corrupted characters on this show.
