Sherri and Terri are twins and Bart's classmates. They nominated him for class president as a joke. They are pretty obnoxious, and they ignore Lisa all the time, except for when she got a pool and was so popular that everyone wanted to be her best friend. But as soon as Martin got a better pool, they were outta there. They were also part of Bart's dream once, when he sold his soul to Milhouse.
