Mayor Diamond Joe Quimby is the most corrupt politician the world has ever seen. He is famous for bribing Police Chief Clancy Wiggum and for womanizing, gambling, and trafficking drugs. He's had some pretty funny lines in the past. He tried to knock off Lisa when she found out the truth about Jebediah Springfield, but, fortunately, the sniper missed. He is a crazy character, and he should never have been elected to public office.
