Jasper is one of Grampa's friends at the Springfield Retirement Castle. He has a prosthetic leg with a bullet in it, thanks to Waylon Smithers. Once, when Mr. Burns was trying to kill Grampa in order to get the Hellfish Bonanza, a hired assassin, Carlo, ripped into the room where Grampa and Jasper were sitting and began to blast his machine gun. Jasper said, "Uh... was that me... or was that you?" Hee hee, old people can be so funny!
