Edna Krabapple is Bart's divorced fourth grade teacher. Once, he saw an ad placed by her in the singles page and decided to trick her into going to a restaurant to meet a nonexistent man. But he felt bad about his prank, and tried to find a way to break up with her. Homer's suggestion was a postcard that said, "Dear Baby, Welcome to Dumpsville, population: You. P.S. I'm gay." She is currently dating Principal Seymour Skinner.
