Dr. Nick Rivera is a graduate of the Hollywood Upstairs Medical School and the biggest quack in the medical profession. Homer came to him in order to find out how to become obese so that he could get on disability. Dr. Nick was more than willing to help. He told him that all it took was a little imagination. Instead of chewing gum, chew bacon! He's a pretty funny guy.
