C. Montgomery Burns is the owner of Springfield's one and only nuclear plant. He is probably also the most hated man in town.

We all know about his plot to take the sun from Springfield so that they would have to use nuclear power. He was then accidentally shot by Maggie, when he tried to take a lollipop from her and she dropped it and they both reached for it and she grabbed a gun on accident and it went off and shot Mr. Burns. Everyone hates him except for his right-hand man, Waylon Smithers, who may also be in love with him. Sick.
