What can Staffing do for me?Staffing has already placed you in a group after giving careful attention to your MBTI personality predisposition and your strengths as you have revealed them in your resume. We believe that you have been placed in a group where your personality, character, strengths and experiences can be utilized while at the same time your weaknesses can be improved upon. We have also encouraged each you to take the MBTI and use it to better understand yourself and the members of your group. We thinkg you will find that this exercise is quite helpful in areas beyond XB as well.
