All of Nsync was up by now. Basically a few of them could care less. But Joey and Justin were equally upset about this. Justin was upset over what he had done and upset over the comment Sarah included about Joey. It was eating him up and he wanted to know what she meant by that. Joey was upset that she left without a goodbye or anything. He told Justin that they were talking and never got to finish their conversation and that meant nothing else. He wasn't sure if Justin had actually bought it in its entirety but he seemed to keep himself satisfied with the explanation. Micky was concerned about Sarah but that lasted only momentarily. Cassandra was upset by her sudden departure but at least they had her phone number and address that they could talk to her in the future. Lance, Chris, and JC were hungry and could basically care less about what was going on so they left to go get something to eat down in the lobby and they were going to come back up and finish packing. They were all leaving today and going their separate ways. Micky was going back to Tulsa to go back to school. Cassandra had to get back home to Detroit and they boys were going to their next destination. After the three came back they finished packing in about a half an hour. They started talking about different subjects and forgot all about what had happened. Ten minutes later a few managers of their group called them and it was time for them to leave. They would give their final good-byes now because each one of them had different areas and routes. Micky hugged them all and left. Lance and Justin went with Micky to help her carry her bags downstairs to the lobby along with Cassandra's. Joey and Chris went to make sure they hadn't forgotten anything behind. JC and Cassandra were left alone. "Well, I guess I'll try and see you guys sooner. Don't forget next month went you come to Detroit you can't forget to send me tickets and access passes. He nodded and they hugged. Her wavy hair was held back by a pair of black Gucci inspired sunglasses but kept hitting JC in the face. He started laughing, "ok, pull this mane back so you don't hit anyone else with it on the way ok?" She just smacked him then smiled and kissed him goodbye. She wiped under her eyes to keep the mascara from running. Their managers were going to ship back her dress and some other extras to her house before they left. "Well, I better get going." And she started out of the room and down the hall. He ran after her, "WAIT!" "What?" JC started sweating and became extremely nervous, "Love you." "I love you too." And she kissed him again and she waved and walked in the elevator adjusting her duffel bag strap. He walked back into his room and Joey and Chris walked back in. "So did you do it?" He let out a frustrated sigh, shook his head, and took out the small purple velvet box he was holding. "JC!" "I know! I just chickened out at the last minute." "Well that was obvious, come on!" "I know but I wanted it more perfect then in a hotel room hallway!" "Well what? On stage during a performance?" He just gave a smart-ass grin and they his face dropped into a concentrated look. Joey noticed this and put it together, "NO! That would NOT be wise!" Chris started to catch on, "absolutely not. There is no way on this green earth that that will happen." JC started to laugh "it's perfect you guys! When we do the show in Detroit I'll say that during God Must Have that we'll sing to someone in the audience. We'll pick her because it's not like anyone at the time will know who she is anyway. That's when we'll do it!" "NO!" Both of them shouted. "YEAH! That way afterwards I'll do it on bended knee!" They tried to talk him out of it the whole time going down to the lobby. But it was no use, no matter what else they suggested couldn't change his mind. Now was time for panic mode. Lance and Justin whom were downstairs just talking and Cassandra was probably already at the airport. "Lance, tell JC it's a bad idea proposing to Cassandra at one f our concerts." Lance started laughing, "no seriously." Chris and Joey looked at him dead set. Lance and Justin looked at each other and then stood up, "no way that's crazy and we'll lose fans." "But think about it, after I'm done serenading her then I'll propose." "Nuh-uh, bad idea, nope, zilch chance of that happening, stupid, romantic but very stupid JC." Justin still hasn't said anything finally when they stopped talking him out of it Justin looked at him, "go for it." All four of them looked at him and three with expressions of 'what?' on their faces. JC just beamed, "A HA! Thank you Justin. It's nice to know that you support me!" And he just gave the guys a smug smile and by that time all of them grabbed their luggage to be taken with them to the airport and like the rest of the bands that had already left hundreds of girls screamed for them.
