Thanks everyone for your interest in the class, I hope that each of you enjoys the class and has lots of fun learning to use Paint Shop Pro.

Here are some guidelines to get you started. Please keep this in a safe place so that you have it for reference.

The way we usually do this, is that I give you all the URL for the lessons, and you work through them one at a time, submitting your results for each one to the group.

You may work at your own pace, as long as you complete at least one tutorial per month. You may go ahead and do as many of the tutorials as you wish, submitting each result to the group, you do not need to wait for me to acknowledge each one, but keep in mind that you will need to repeat some if they are not completed as per the tutorial.  That is, if there is something I think you may have missed, or not done correctly, I will ask you to repeat the tutorial.

This beginners class comprises 12 tutorials.  Each one must be completed to "graduate" from the course,  each of the tutorials in the first section of the class are written by me, and you are asked to add my credits to your completed tutorials.

My credits means that you add a footer to any completed stationery with the words "Tutorial by Tzeriah" with the link to my email address wwpspclasses@yahoo.com.au

If you are going to be using Letter Creator to create stationery for Incredimail, please complete the "mini tutorial" on setting up a template for Letter Creator. This is not a part of the class, but you will find it invaluable and will save you much time later on. This tutorial shows you how to add the footer required.

If you are not using Letter creator, or Incredimail,  (you do NOT need to have Incredimail and Letter Creator to complete this class)  you may submit your tutorial results either as a screen shot, or simply the completed work as an attachment.(preferred)

If you would like to use Outlook Express Letter Wizard, please complete the "mini tutorial" for that.

Submitting your Results to the group

When you complete and submit a tutorial, your subject line should read:

Tutorial Number: YourName: PSPVersion number - Result

So that I can quickly see who has completed which tutorials.

This is ESSENTIAL to gain your credit for each tutorial, as I sort mail by this criteria to credit each one.  Failure to use this format results in your submissions going to my junk folder and NOT seen!

Please also remember to include your PSP version (ie 7, 8, 9, 10).

Asking a question about a tutorial

If you have a question on anything related to the class, please make your subject line

Question: Tutorial Number: PSP Version: YourName: Brief description of problem/question

These simple things help me enormously when I am working with the results and handling any questions. Please keep in mind that though the class is small at this time, there is still an enormous amount of work involved and these simple things can help speed up the processes for me.

Please also keep in mind, that I am in Australia, so our time frames are very different, and I may not answer your questions immediately.  You may add me as tzeriah1 to your Yahoo messenger, if you would like to have one on one help, however, I expect that you would have at least tried to solve your problem before you contact me about it.  That is I expect you to work through the tutorial one step at a time, if you strike a problem, go back and redo the tutorial from the beginning, it's very easy to miss a step that results in a problem!! If you have done this and still have a question or a problem, then contact me and I'll help you work through it.

I try to keep the classes small so that I have the time to help each of you individually, but I do need you to have tried first!!

OK!! I think that's about it for now. So, on to the tutorials.  Please bookmark this site, you will be visiting it often!! LOL!!!

Just to HERE to begin the tutorials, Good luck and happy learning!!!
