Review:
The Music: Heavy, with layers that mesh.
The Shows: Intense. I'm shyte with grand descriptions, but the music fucking hits you, down to the core. Thomas thwacked Brandon in the head with his guitar at one of the Insomnia shows- I wasn't there to see it (certain someone didn't f'n tell me about it) but I ran into Brandon the next night, and it looked painful.
Minus 7 shows will fucking rock your world- they play the Attic's sunday All Ages shows quite a bit, and if you get the chance, you should absolutely check them out.
The Lyrics: Brandon's lyrics fuckin mean something, and they're well written. Most of 'em are posted on their site (Minus 7) go have a look.
The Crowds: Either you're there because you've seen them and are addicted, or you're about to become addicted.
The band themselves: Wicked motherfucking cool guys. I met Brandon at Systemic's cd release party last summer (seems like so long ago, now) and hes even cooler now than he was then. He really put me over on their site after dedicating my favorite old song of theirs, Infected, to me at the last show. (Old song, but they brought it back. Its on Iuma.com) Karl, Thomas, and Jesse are all really cool too, though I haven't had much interaction with them.

Lyric:
How does it feel to scream for your life inside a fantasy of death and destuction
hating all the ones you love loving all the evil inside of you
perversity, and monstrosity find you, want you, haunt you, kill you..
Inside the mind of a madman is where you are welcome inside, come inside of my mind..
~Mind of a Madman
