In case you're wondering, DomiNate is just one of the local bassists. He used to be in Riotfuel, and before that, Critical List (the better of the two bands)

So why is this up?

Because Nate kicks ass. Hes a great bassist, and a very close friend of mine. We get crazy over wrestling together. And, unlike SOME PEOPLE, he always lets me play with his hair.

Q & A, Thursday, Sept 5
Corey: So then... who are your main influences?
DomiN8: In Life,: My Father. In Music: Sepultura, Metallica, and Pantera. Though Truthfully, I can say there isn't much that I take bass wise from any of those guys into my style. I'm more influenced by the hole sound of the band (Special Sepultura) then i am by any one bassist.
Corey: Tell everyone about how much ass Critical List kicked.
DomiN8: Oohh the List....those guys fucking Ruled. In my mind they had to be the greatest collection of musicians to ever play in New Mexico. I was honored to have been to say that I helped write music with them. If there is every one huge Shame, is that the rest of the world wasn't able to expierence Critical List. Sad thing is, I feel kinda responsible. Its been said that when I left, it was the catalyst of a landslide. Right after Carl left, then eventually Tito, and finally Ruben. Those guys all rule.
DomiN8: Though and it will be awsome each of them rise back up with something new in the future.
Corey: I won't touch the subject of that... other band... but are you starting anything new musically with anyone?
DomiN8: lol Preciate it, but actually the future holds a little bit of a path that led from Riotfuel. Here within the next few months BLOOD TRIBE will be on the rise. So far it will be composed of myself, my older brother Carl (known to most as Schizo, Shaggs, or Zero), and Tito(Aka Zom.B). All 3 of us played together in both RiotFuel and Critical List. So far we are still on the Guitarist hunt, but every one knows guitarists are a dime a dozen. Though right now we are looking at try to score either Vicente Castillo (who used to play with Critical List), or Matt Chavez (who used to jam with Armageddon). Watch out Burque, Blood Tribe is on the way.
Corey: Why not both of them?
DomiN8: well they both tend to be Rhythm Guitarist, but hey Might as Fucking well! I do kinda get the vibe though from Tito and Carl that Blood Tribe is gonna be a kinda small band, nothing all super huge.
Corey: Just don't get another second vocalist. Moving on.... are there any local bands that you would recommend us to check out?
DomiN8: Oohh hey now, back tracking onto that one, I always loved the sound of Duel Death Metal Vocals. Or at least good duel heavy Vocals. Granted it didn't always work, but with Carl and Mike back in Critical List, now that was some of the coolest stuff I had ever heard. Local bands though... Kaotic State, Anesthesia, Deciever, Requiem Mass!, HateEngine, and I can't really focus on to many more. All the good ones I knew broke up.
Corey: What equipment are you using now?
DomiN8: Well I've still got "Thumber", my ESP LTD F-205 5-String Bass. Other then that not a damn thing. I wound up blowing both my Cabs, 4 x 10s and an 18, over the years. Currently I have a deal with Aaron from Anesthesia, to get his old speaker systems, but that means I've still gotta get a head. Thank God we are still looking for a Guitarist.
(Corey has bass envy, just so you all know. I'm in awe of Nate's bass for some reason)
Corey: What cds are currently residing on your heavy play list?
DomiN8: Sepultura "Nation", "Chaos AD", "Against". Dark Lotus, "Tales of the Lotus Pod". Slipnot "56432101"(or what ever it is), "Iowa". System of a Down "Toxicity".
Corey: And now.... the inevitable wrestling question.... why does RVD whip everyone's ass?
DomiN8: Oohh God, I was almost scared that it would never come. RVD is the Hole Fucking Show for many reasons. First and foremost, ECW Alumni. Next, he is one of the most areal mother fuckers out there. Thirdly, ECW Alumni. Next, he has probably the largest list of wrestling moves out there. Every Match, you will see something new. Finally, he is the most entertaining wrestler to watch. He has the coolest moves, he is excellent at working the crowd, and he has a very innovated style that main stream wrestling fans arent used to. It was even new, edgy, and unique in ECW.
Corey: Top three dream matches to see (Lillian vs Trish vs Stacy in an evening gown/pudding match does not count.)
DomiN8: That Sucks. okay umm...
1. Sabu and RVD vs the Hardys vs The Dudleys, TLC Match.
Corey: My back hurts just thinking about it.
DomiN8: 2. RVD vs (old School) HBK, Ladder Match.
DomiN8: and Finally:
Sabu VS Mankind (in his prime), 50 minutes, Hell in a Cell Match.
Corey: Teeth loss all around!!
DomiN8: lol
Corey: (we all want to see Lillian, Trish, and Stacy throwing eachother around in their underoos covered in pudding, its an automatic.)
DomiN8: Actually I'm not a big fan of pudding, mudd, or anything else like that. I think I'd just rather see them naked.
Corey: I won't comment on that... on the grounds of incriminating myself.
Corey: Any plans to strip on the Ricki Lake show?
DomiN8: LMAO!! Umm... No. I think all the Karate I've been doing lately has bulked me up to much to do that. I Understand you gotta be extremely anorexically skinny, with no sense of good music to do that. So I probably dance to well too. I'm sorry Albuquerque. Corey: AWWW. I can hear the sound of the female population's hearts breaking. Or, rather, their hormones whining in disappointment... You never know which one... Sounds exactly alike....
Corey: Tell everyone about your tattoos. Because I think they're cool, dammit.
DomiN8: Ha, well on both shoulders i have smoking Demon Skulls. Actually the left one we just touched up. It now has the Mind, Body and Soul Symbol (it also known the symbol for Okinawan Karate known as the Tamoye) under neith it and the smoke coming off of that. I have ICP's Jeckel Brothers on the Chest. Some other assorted Clowns and Skulls. On the Right Calf, I have a Gargoyl watching over my dad's grave. And on the inside right forearm, I have a tribal crucifixion, it is the family tattoo.
Corey: Its 2:30 in the morning and I'm out of good questions for the night.... Anything else??
DomiN8: Well, I'm still in debation about those matches, thinking about changing one to: You and Me in a Bare Ass match. But other then that, hope to see all you guys out there on the scene.
