How to Create a Stormfinder RPG Character

To create a character in Stormfinder, Simply follow the example as follows.

NAME: XXXXX
AGE:XXXX
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: XXXXXXXX
DISTINGUISHABLE QUALITIES: XXXXXX
SKILLS: XXXXX (Will be posted)
SHORT BIO: XXXXXX

There is really not nuch of a Stat or level system here. It all depends on your character and wit. All characters have advantages and disadvantages. ALL GOD-LIKE CHARACTERS WILL BE DENIED!

I really don't have much on the limit of the skills you have. You can choose 2 Skill Groups and begin with 3 spells that you would consider to be in this group. I haven't posted set skills because I want this RPG to be all up to you. At first, your skills will not be very high, but as the storyline progresses, you will learn more types of magic and build on the ones you already have. You can choose from these, or make your own:

Sorcery: This can be highly destructive and must be used with caution. Sorcery always has an up side and a down side. Also, the more powerful the spell, the more you are drained of power and the longer you must rest before casting another.

Swordskill: This is any type of spell/skill that requires you to use a sword. This can be a sword technique such as the "Zero Divide" or "Braver" (Physical Sword Techs.), or magic sword techniques like "Lightning Stab" or "Moonlight Cut".

Physical/Mental abilities: These are more like plusses to your natural abilities. This would be good if you had a special class, such as a thief would have "Stealing" to bring his stealing success rate up, or a warrior may have Strength Up in order to get more muscle behind his swing. not only does this effect your character immediately, but also it increases the rate at which that attribute grows.

Martial Arts: Any hand to hand(or foot to head) technique. These usually start off small but give BIG results. For example, one that starts of with a Tornado Kick can eventually learn the Silver Cyclone kick (VERY powerful indeed!) and if you have EVER played Final Fantasy Tactics, you know what I am talking about when I say that these can easily be the best fighters in the game!

The character is divided into 3 stat categories. Strength, Speed, & Intelligence. All of these begin at 1, but then you have 3 EXTRA points to split between the 3 categories. You will not have to roll dice or anything like that, but this WILL have an effect on the boundaries of your character. This just gives me a better view of what your character CAN and CANNOT do. For example:

A warrior would probably have
STR: 3
SPD: 2
INT: 1
