Redwall is the first novel in the redwall series. Redwall begins with the young mouse Matthias preparing for a large feast. But further down the main path evil is coming. Cluny the Scourge, a powerful warlord, is coming to redwall with his large horde of vermin, rats, ferrets, weasels, foxes, and stoats. Matthias has to lead the Redwallers to defend their home but to do that he must find the weapons of the legendary Marten the Warrior, who at one time saved redwall from another enemy.
