Mariel Of Redwall

The story begins with a young mousemaid that is washed up on shore. As she regains consciousness, she is attacked by seagulls. The only weapon that she can find is a rope with a knot at the end. She uses this to defend herself. After the gulls have left, she suddenly realizes that she has no idea how she got here or even who she is! She quickly creates a name for herself. Storm, after the storm that brought her here, and Gullwacker, after her new weapon that saved her from the gulls, so she has become Storm Gullwacker! She sets off on a journey, but not knowing exactly where she is going. After many days, she comes to redwall abbey and then she starts to regain some of her memory, she is Mariel daughter of Joseph!
