I see the things your eyes will never see...
The rainbow's mist after a fresh fallen rain.
The grass of green on a bright spring day.
The autumn leaves and the colors they make.
The sunset on the horizon as the light fades away.
I smell the things you will never smell...
The aromas of a house filled with home-cooked meals.
The morning with its freshness in the air.
The scents of Spring- new flowers in bloom.
The exotic fragrances women put in their hair.
I feel the things you will never touch...
The summer's sun upon your skin.
The powder sand of the beach beneath your feet.
The satins and silks so soft against the skin.
The bitter coldness of snow-
the warming fires of heat.
I hear the things your ears will never hear...
The chirping of birds as they sing to their young.
The laughter on the playground of your should-
have-been friends.
The glorious waterfall as it cries its many tears.
The hatred from the world because of a life
ended before it had a chance to begin.
