I had notified the Child Support people multiple times via e-mail that I am unable to work, that I have no income coming in at this present time and unable to pay the Child Support.  I even scanned in the medical records for them and attached them to e-mail after I had mailed hard copies on July 27, 2002, August 12, 2002, August 25, 2002, September 09, 2002 and September 27, 2002.   I continued to get the following:

Not only have they refused to acknowledge receiving these same copies I had mailed to them through the regular post office and still continue to request the same records, I also get the following by regular mail from them.

After the continued ignorance I sent copies of the medical records to Idabel which they signed for on October 28th at the same time I sent copies of all records to the Pushmataha County District Attorney's Office.

After they signed for it they sent the following post dated letter.

 

I had since learned that Theresa McGehee that was supposed to have been my attorney on the modification, never sent a subpoena to Mr.  & Mrs. Eanwinkle to appear before that cancelled court hearing, that was supposed to have taken place at 1:30.  Also that Theresa McGehee was in court in Durant, Oklahoma at 2:00 p.m. on another case.  So my question is, how did she expect to be in court in Durant which is 60 miles away at 2:00 p.m. on the very same day she was to be in court in Antlers, Oklahoma at 1:30????  It appears it was the only way to get me to Antlers where they could see what kind of rental car I was driving and what the tag number was on the car.

At the same time I learned from one who contacted the secretary at the District Attorney's office that she shredded the documents I had sent her as they have no intentions of investigating at all.

I have turned this over to the Texas Attorney General's office and the director of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, and every politician in the State of Oklahoma that has an e-mail address.  No investigation has been done and these women have not been arrested.  It has now come to the point that if I ever have to face Kathy in again in court in Oklahoma, will I need to live by the gun and accept Death by Lethal Injection, or Death by a car accident, which again will be written off as pure coincidences by the State of Oklahoma.  The end result is the same, Death.  It is just a matter of choice how that person cares to die.
