Station 10 opened in 1980. Station Ten is staffed with one engine company and a daily staffing of 3 firefighters and 1 officer. Station Ten covers a mix of residential and light commercial. Station Ten is first due to a large multi-building nursing home community. Station Ten also is first due to Croasdaile Farms, one of the most affluent neighborhoods in Durham. Station Ten also covers part of Interstate 85.
