Fresh off a Friday night tie with Wilmington Laney High School, the Pinecrest boys' soccer team easily defeated the visiting Wolverines of Westover High 9-0 Monday at John Williams Athletic Complex.      In Friday's match in Wilmington, the Patriots used the outstanding play of keeper Brad McKeever and a score by John Kropp to earn a 1-all tie with Laney, the state's 11th-ranked 4-A squad.      Kropp's game-tying goal came late in the game on a nice header off a cross from Thomas Goulden.      Returning to the friendly confines of home, the Patriots got goals from eight players in the win over Westover, improving to 13-0 in the Mid-Southeastern Conference and 16-2-2 overall. Pinecrest has onelast regular-season match, with conference foe Seventy-First providing the opposition in tonight's home contest that starts at 7 p.m.      The Patriots will be celebrating Senior Night.      Scores for the Patriots against Westover were provided by Michael Pigg, Tyler Dawson, Austin Dunlop, John Kropp, Brad McKeever, Brandon Wilkins, C.J.
