In what could be a preview of a middle-round state playoff match in November, Pinecrest, the preseason favorite in the Mid-Southeastern Conference and Terry Sanford, the Two Rivers Conference pick, played to a 1-1 tie Friday night in Fayetteville.      A penalty kick in the first half by the Bulldog's Will Staten held up until a goal by the Patriots' David Jannone tied the match with about 15 minutes to play.      Terry Sanford is 2-0-3 while Pinecrest takes a 1-0-1 record into Monday's home match against Lumberton, another Two Rivers foe. The junior varsity match begins at 5 p.m. followed by the varsity at 7 p.m.      Pinecrest won the junior varsity game 6-0.
