STATION 4
Station 4 on Fayetteville St. opened in 1958 and housed Engine 4 until 1999 when it relocated to Riddle Rd.
The station now houses the NCCU Police/Public Safety Dept.

In 1926, Station # 4 was built at McMannan St and Cobb St. at the cost of $14,350.
This area is now where the Durham Freeway runs near the Bulls Ballpark.
The station relocated to Fayetteville St. in 1958.
