On this day we did many things to honor Jesse.The first thing Kelly, Mugs and myself did was to head off to Wilmington to get new tattoo's.A picture of all our tattoo's are below.

Next we picked up flowers from the florist and headed to the accident site with my family in tow.

When we arrived Jesse's dad, stepmom and half sister were there.Soon after his Nanny Ethel arrived.We all got together and laid red flowers along the road side.They started at the point of impact and made a trail along the side of the road until we reached Jesse's final resting spot that night.We laid 246 red flowers along that trail. One for every foot Jesse was drug.When we reached the ditch where Jesse was found that night by his stepmom April, Kelly and I placed 100 white flowers there.

After we shed our tears we all headed over to the cemetary.We placed fresh flowers on Jesse's grave, admired the wreath that SADD had placed there in Jesse's memory and released balloons with hand written messages on them by all the family members there. After talking for a few moments we all returned to our homes to eat and get ready for a candle light vigil that we planned to attend that night.At the candle light vigil Jesse was represented by family and friends, 4 pews were filled with people there to remember Jesse.When Jesse's name was called the family went forward and Kelly and Karissa (Jesse's Sisters) lite a candle as the rest of us watched.When the candle light vigil was over we returned to our homes to deal with the events of the day in our own ways.
