Chapter 14
As they were walking back into the theater Katie stopped Nick...
"Nick, I was just wondering.." Katie stted
Looking up into katies beautiful baby blue eyes he said, "What??"
"What do you see in Bimbo....ohhh..sorry..I mean Britney?" Nick laughed
"Whatever I did see in her I dont see it anymore," Nick said simply.
Katie replied greatfully, "oh good because if you did I would have to
beat you up!"
"Is that a threat Miss Kitty-Kat...Meowww reowww." They both started
laughing
Then they started to walk back into the theater. when they got there
they found Briteny almost sitting in brians lap making out with him. Katie
and Nick just looked at eachother and tried no to laugh. Nick grabbed a
popcorn and Katie and him headed to a new spot to sit.
During the movie Katie had a sudden urge to eat some popcoarn. So she
reached her hand into the popcorn and found Nicks hand there. She put her
hand on his then squeezed it. He looked over to her giving her one of his
"famous Carter girns" and she smiled back. She took some popcoarn and put it
in his mouth. He smiled again and then they were back to the movie.
When the movie was done they got up to get Britney and Brian. Nick
did'nt care that his date was with someone else. He was happy with Katie.
Katie at this point didn't care about Brian either. she was still kinda mad
at him.
They got back to the boat and they took off for man o' war key. Brian
offered to escourt Britney to her door she excepted. So that left nick and
Britney alone in the boat to talk.
"Listen Kate, I sorry you had such a bad time tonight." Nick said
apolegictly (sp?).
"No, no Nick-Nack I did'nt have a bad time."
"Really?"
"Really," she assured him, "It was fun hangin' out with you."
That comment made Nick blush.
"Listen," Nick told her, "I have an idea how about you and I take the
boat out tomorrow, by ourselves, no Brian, Britney, mom or dads, just us."
"Yea," She said getting excited, "That would be so much fun. we could
go snorkleing or scuba diveing."
"Ok, so its a plan."
Just then Brian got back. Nick got up o start the engine. Brian sat
down by katie. Katie got up and stood next to Nick. About 10 minutes later
they all said their "goodbyes" and headed home. Brian appolgized and Katie
said it was ok.
