Physical Description: Normal size: Cypher is an 18 in. high red and
yellow drac with razor-sharp blades encircling his wings, capible of
slicing steel, that combined with a mouthful of sharp fangs makes him
imposing for his size.
Mobian size: the only changes is his height (4'0" here) and people
around him can understand what he's saying.
In both forms, he has a long scar on his chest and 4-6 more on his left forearm.
Background: Cypher is the pet of the Starlos siblings; Jen, Gale and
Krissy. His parents, Detrick and Cindra, weren't too thrilled about the
idea at first but soon warmed up to the three. It wasn't soon after when
he started dating Crazy's pet, Enhasa.
Other: Aside from his wing blades, Cypher is capible of breathing a
energy blast, ranging from just to get someone's attention, to vaporizing
whatever it hits and releasing a high-voltage eletrical charge off his
body.
At first he and Enhasa considered each other only friends, until Cypher
finally got up the courage to tell her his true feelings, now he just
waits from the right time to ask for her hand..er, paw, in marrage.
