#1)Size: between 5 in. and 10 in. for younge ones, up to 2'0" for adolescents and adults are between 2.5 and 3 ft. high. They age like us, (i.e; Cypher's a teenager at 16)

#2)You can have a maximum of up to 4 physcal changes as they grow up. (such as spines, enlarged teeth or claws or something like that. but run it past me first.)
#3)Color: a max of two dofferent colors or one solid. any you choose, but they have to be put reasonablely. (loke the under side one color and the rest of the body the other, unless it's a full body tone.)
#4)You can enable them with up to two specal abilites. strength doesn't count, but the strengh HAS to be aquired. and they are not, repeat, NOT psychic, so no telekenitics or mind reading. (unles someome with psychic abilites talks to them, then they can talk back)
#5)They can mate with other creatures, but please, they're still civilized. No having them run out and jump on some poor critter.
(Note: the ones for adoption are still babies. still nursing and their wing blades aren't hardened yet.)
