The Waterfall Trail

The developer of Grandview Peaks is putting in a system of hiking trails through the woods within
the 2500 acre development. The first trail to be completed is a 1 lane gravel road that takes hikers
to a small but pretty stairstep waterfall. Future trails will be mostly narrower, unpaved foot paths.

The waterfall trail was a very pleasant 20 minute walk each way. The path is fairly level with the
only steep section being the last 75 yards or so before the waterfall viewing area. Beyond the water-
fall I found a narrow dirt road that is apparently not meant to be part of the hiking trail. I followed
that road on foot for a short distance. Some of the photos here were shot along that section. X X
