Platform Bed Continued


The bed frame with platform panels removed to show the crossmembers



Each "T" shaped crossmember end fits into a corresponding "T" shaped socket in the bed rail (see next photo).






With the bed I included a socket wrench with the 2 sockets needed for assembly and disassembly of the bed frame.

The exposed, unpainted parts of the bed frame were finished with
a puritan pine oil stain and 5 or 6 coats of wipe-on polyurethane.
