Singletary, Thomas C.
previously served as Lt. Col. of the 27th Regiment, NC Troops, el Col. of this regiment on 6-28-62, court-martialed on or about 2-24-64, reason court-martailed not reported, found guilty and sentenced to be cashiered, however, his sentence was suspended, w in leg at Wilderness, Va. on 5-6-64, reported absent w or absent sick thru 10-64, returned to duty on or about 12-1-64, reported absent with leave on 2-27-65, pa at Lynchburg, Va. on or about 4-14-65.

b Granville Co., where he r as a lawyer prior to e in Granville Co. at age 31, el Captain of Company A of this regiment on 3-10-62, el Major on 5-3-62 and t to the Field and Staff of the regiment, p to Lt. Manly, Matthias E.
was serving as 1st Lieutenant of Company D, 2nd Regiment NC Troops when ap Adjutant (1st Lieutenant) of this regiment on 5-15-63 to rank from 5-2-63, failed to report for duty by reason of being a prisoner of war at the time of his appointment, and his appointment was "revoked" on 8-17-64, ap Cpt. of Company D, 2nd Regiment NC Troops on 7-28-63 while a prisoner of war.
