Outline of Construction Confined Space Requirements

NOTE: Once construction is complete on a confined space the 1910.146 std. applies. It doesn't matter if construction is ongoing eleswhere on the site. Nor does it matter if construction workers enter the confined space. The 1910.146 standards applies to all confined spaces not actually under construction. Most companies that know this usually adopt the 1910.146 std. for construction to prevent worker misunderstanding.
