1. MEETINGS
Each meeting counts for 1 point. There are a total of nine scheduled meetings. A member must attend 7 out of 9 meetings. If a member misses more than 2 meetings, the executive committee will determine if it is excused or unexcused.

For each of the (*) extra activities, the participant will recieve 3 points, and for every "non * event", the participant will recieve 1 point. Everyone must have a total of 18 points at the end of the year. A letter will be sent out half way through the year informing the member of his or her progress. If the member is below the average of the committee h/she will be placed on probation. If, at the end of the year, a member does not meet the 18 point requirement h/she will not be allowed to return to the council the following year.
