DUTCH PANCAKES

2 c. Bisquick or like mix
1 egg
1 teaspoon real vanlla extract
3/4 c. cooking oil
water


Combine ingredients and enough water to make batter thin
and very runny, but not watery. Heat pan on medium-high,
then spray with no stick. Pour batter on pan and swirl until the
pancake is about the size of a plate. Cook until it holds
together; turn. Fill with butter jelly, powdered sugar or
syrup. Roll and eat.
