Double Cheese Macaroni Bake

1 package Kraft macaroni and cheese mix
2 cups frozen broccoli chopped
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 cup cooked chicken cubed
1 cup Cheddar cheese grated


Cook macaroni on conventional range as directed by package. Place broccoli in 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe casserole dish, cover, cook 4 to 5 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside. Drain macaroni. Add milk, margarine, mustard and cheese packet from mix; mix well. Add to broccoli along with chicken; mix lightly. Top with cheese; sprinkle with paprika. Microwave, uncovered, 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through. Rotate dish once during cooking cycle.

You can use 6 ounce can tuna or salmon, drained, instead of chicken.

To cook chicken: Microwave 1 cup cubed raw chicken in covered microwave-safe dish at medium (50 to 60%) for 5 to 6 minutes. Juices should run clean when chicken is cooked. Stir once during cooking.
