Bachi's Beef, Onion, & Green Pepper Patties

1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
3 Cloves Garlic (3-4) -- Coarsely Chopped
1 Onion -- Chopped Fine
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oi, If Needed (1-2 Tbsp)
3 Onions (3-4) -- Sliced Thin
3 Cloves Garlic -- Sliced Thin
3 Green Bell Pepper -- Sliced Thin
Soy Sauce -- To Taste


Prep time: 5-10 minutes Cooking time: 20-30 minutes

Mix the meat with the chopped garlic and the chopped onion and form it into
small but thick patties.

Heat the oil in a skillet, add the onions, sliced garlic, peppers, and soy
sauce to taste, then reduce the heat and cook, covered, over low heat for
about 20 minutes, turning once halfway through the cooking time.

You should have browned patties, onions, and peppers cooked together with a
very small amount of liquid. If the onions and peppers are not browned well
enough remove the meat and sauce and allow the onions and peppers to brown
before serving everything together. For exta "bite" you could dust with a
sprinkling of paprika.
