“Do you think you could at least TRY and get along with Nikki until its time for her to go back home?”
“No,” he said carelessly.
“Oh really. And why not?”
“Because she’s a b-” he looked up at me and I gave him a threatening look. “Brat,” he finished.
“I know that what she said about you was wrong, but you fought right back.”
“Well that’s because I don’t like her,” I turned and walked out.
Nikki climbed out of her bunk and went into the bathroom to change and fix her hair. She put her hair into 2 braided pigtails. Not knowing Aaron was in there, she went into the entertainment room.
“Ugh,” she moaned when she saw Aaron sitting on the couch watching cartoons.
“What’s your problem?”
“You aren’t REALLY watching cartoons! I have to see Rose O’Donnell today. Ryan Reynolds is on!”
“So...”
“So? He’s only the hottest guy EVER!”
“Sorry, I’m watching something. If you weren’t busy SNORING maybe you’d have been in here first and you could watch your dumb show.”
“I do not snore!”
“Yes you do and you sound like a friggin fog horn!”
She rolled her eyes, “Wow, that was a good one. I thought you’d say something like a hurd of elephants,” she said sarcastically.
“Shut up.”
“You’re worse than me. You talked in your sleep all night!”
“That’s not half as bad as snoring.”
“Yeah whatever.” She sat down on the other end of the couch and stared blankly at the TV.
“What would be worse?” he asked about 15 minutes later. “Looking like Britney Spears or sounding like her?”
“What?”
“You heard me!”
“Looking like her. She has an OK voice.”
“Guess what! You look like her with your hair up in those dumb pigtails. You like a little kid. So me sounding like her is better than you looking like her.”
“Thats so not true! A girl looking and sounding like Britney Spears is fine but not a GUY!”
“A GUY? I thought I was just a boy!”
“Grrrr....SHUT UP!”
~*~*~MEANWHILE~*~*~
“Hey, Nick?” I asked when someone picked up the phone on the other bus.
“Yeah it’s me. Whats up?”
“Your brother and Nikki have been fighting ever since last night! Right when Nikki got up this morning they were at it again! I can hear them now and I’m on the other end of the bus!”
“That doesn’t sound like Aaron at all! He doesn’t usually fight with people, he’s nice to just about everyone.”
“Well he and Nikki don’t seem to be hitting it off to well,” I said irritated with the whole situation.
“How about some McDonalds to cheer ya up!?” he said in a goofy voice.
“Oh yeah, lots of junk food that’ll make me fat will just make me feel a lot better!” I said sarcastically.
“So that’s a yes?”
I laughed, “Yeah, why not?”
“Ok, the busses are gonna stop now. See ya in a minute.”
“Ok. Bye.” I hung up and walked to the back of the bus. As I got closer to the closed door, the arguing got louder and louder. “Guys?” they kept on yelling at eachother so I raised my voice. “GUYS!!” Both of them turned their heads, “We’re stopping for breakfast, lets go.”
When we walked in, AJ and Nick were ordering. Nikki and Veronica from Innosense came up behind them. “What are you guys doing?” they asked.
“We’re sitting here picking our noses, what does it look like we’re doing?” Nick said sarcastically.
“By god, we’re still waiting on our food,” AJ added. (OK, I just HAD to put that in b/c I was laughing my ass off when they said that!!*LOL*)
The 2 girls looked at eachother with looks of ‘Ok, whatever’ on their faces. They turned and walked away. Nick and AJ just shrugged and went back to waiting for their food.
“Nick,” I said sitting down at a table with him, “will you stay on our bus tonight and keep Nikki and Aaron from killing eachother?”
He laughed lightly, “Sure.”
“Thank you!” I threw my arms around him dramatically. “Gosh, I’m gonna be stuck on a bus with them ALL night since we don’t have a show tonight.”
“I’ll keep ‘em calm.”
“Ha! Yeah right! That’s not possible.”

Nick, Aaron, Nikki, and I were playing a card game of Rummy while listening to music. Nikki and Aaron had gone all day without fighting until it was time to change the CD.
“Put me in,” Aaron said.
“God no! I don’t wanna listen to your whiney voice anymore than I have to. It’s bad enough having to listen to you talk,” Nikki protested. “Put in Brandy.”
“Ut-uh! No way! You can’t even dance to ONE song on her CD.”
“You don’t always have to be up and moving.”
“It’s better than sitting around all day being lazy,” he glared at her.
“Shut up! Both of you! I’m putting the Backstreet Boys in because we all know we like them!” I yelled.
“Fine. Lets just keep playing,” Nikki suggested.
About 10 minutes later, “All I Have To Give,” the conversation mix came on. Nick’s part came on, “I like the kinda girl who loves to go dancin’,” I looked at Nick and he smiled. “The type that’ll let me hold her hand, and kiss her, and take her to the movies, and kiss her, and hold her so tight, and kiss her, and kiss her, and kiss her, and kiss her.”
I started cracking up, “Nick, am I that type of girl?”
“I dunno...are you?” he said slyly. I leaned over and started kissing him.
“Aww, that’s so cute,” Nikki said.
“Eww, it’s disgusting,” Aaron wrinkled his noise up.
“You’re just too young to understand.”
Nick and I pulled away and noticed Nikki and Aaron going at it again.
“You know, I’m only 2 years younger than you,” he informed her as if it were the most important information in the world.
“3,” she corrected him.
“No! Two! My birthday is in December.”
“Whatever.”
I leaned against Nick and buried my face in his chest. “Teenagers are so annoying!” I groaned.
He sighed and ran his fingers through my hair, “I know.”
~*~*~30 MINUTES LATER~*~*~
Nick had finally broken up Aaron and Nikki’s fight so we decided to watch a movie. After a lot more arguing and disagreeing, we decided on “The Exorcist.”
“Don’t you think Aaron’s a little to young to watch this?” Nikki asked as we put the tape in.
“Ya know what Nikki, don’t start! We finally got you 2 settled down and here you are starting it up again. Just don’t ok?” I said very annoyed.
“But-”
“We’re startin to think you 2 have crushes on eachother,” Nick and I smiled at eachother.
Both of them blushed a little. “Eww, no!” Aaron yelled.
“Why would I like that little boy?”
“Ok calm down!” Nick spoke up.
“Really! You two have taken this thing way too far! I don’t see why you two just can’t get along. I would think that since you two are closest in age to anyone else on tour, that you’d get along.” Neither of them answered. “Well?” I asked staring at them.
“Well what?” Nikki asked in a bratty tone.
“Are you two gonna apologize and end this stupid rivalry?”
