Water Magick
A Sea or Lake Healing;
In the sea/lake submerge yourself in the water. Rise up to where the water meets your neck. Visual all sickness, negativity and ills being washed away. Chant;
Out of me the ill goes
Into the water.
A Bath Healing;
In a tub full of water sprinkle a handful of salt. Light 3 white candles. If you wish you may also use a oil in the water such as sandalwood. You can also light inscense. Do the same as the sea/lake healing.
