Protective Stone;
Find a clean stone. Take it in your hand and let it gather some of your energies. Chant this;
In this stone my energies go.
Where it stays no evil shall flow.
Healing Tree;
Go to a tree that is very strong. Place both hands to the tree and silently ask the tree to take away the pain or illness, Place something at the base as an offering.
