To Bind;
Take a piece of cord. As you tie knots imagine whatever it is you wish to bind, becoming powerless and unable to do harm. When finished bury the cord and never untie it.

White: protection, peace, unity, truth.
Green: healing, money, prosperity, luck, fertility
Brown: physical objects, animal healing
Pink: emotional love, friendships
Red: sexual love, passion, energy, enthusiam, courage
Yellow: clairvoyance, divination, studying, learning, mind
Purple: power, healing deadly diseases
Blue: healing, meditation, tranquility
Orange: strength, authority, attraction, luck
Black: absorption & destruction of negativity
To Change Looks;
Light one white candle and stand in front of a mirror naked. In the mirror see your body. Start to body and start to, in your mind, change it. Repeat this and continue to diet and eat right.
