Brief Description of The Winds;
According to Scott Cunningham
----East Wind; The wind of rebirth and new beginnings. It is best to perform spells or purity and love with this wind. The color of the east wind is white.
----South Wind; The wind of fire and power. With the south wind is is good to cast any kind of spell. South wind's color is yellow.
----West Wind; The wind of healing and rain. Purification or cleansing is best done with the west wind. The color of the west wind is blue.
----North Wind; The wind of death and banishment of negativity. It is good to perform any spell dealing with breaking habits, or negativity with the north wind. it's color is black.
To Be Rid Of Troubles;
Write your troubles on a small piece of paper. Outside, while the wind of the north or east is blowing light a candle *use white or black* and burn the paper. Let the ashes blow away in the wind and chant this;
Wind of the _____ take away my troubles.
