is human, he seems to be around the age of 20, long black hair tied back tightly in a ponytail, he stands at a hight of 5'8, wearing finely made clothing, he wears a long black cloak, the hood down, there is a pouch on his right side and a very strange looking sword on his left, there is also a odd silver pendent that hangs around his neck
The Blade 3 & 1/2 feet long, double edged, 2/3 of the way up the blade, there are two pices of the blade that jut out and back towards the handguard, the handguard itself shaped as horns, somewhat molded back slightly over the hand and out to a point, within the handguard an emblem set right inbetween the blade and grip with a dragon enscribed within, the grip tightly weived, and at the bottom of the hilt is a dagger type weapon, (think of the dagger off of the movie The Golden Child, with Eddie Murphy)

as a child his parents never were around to spend time with him... he was always with his sitter... he spent his time reading many books.. the sitter always kept her eye on young Disdane (SoD's real name) she saw the power he had in his mind.. and helped him to learn to focus and use this power... he started his work as a somniomancer at a young age learning much, and learning quickly... he decided soon after his sitter had showed him all she could teach to go off and adventure... on one of his adventures he came through the town of Danthelikinisi.. Radimsha's home town.. right before Rad was to leave on one of his quests... Disdane asked to join Rad and his group on the quest and he allowed him to follow along... they were the only two to return from the 7 man group on that quest... after that Disdane decided to continue on and kept in touch with Radimsha over the next couple of years through dreams... Rad was able to tell him that he wished for him to come to his brothers tavern #ravens*eye Disdane joined his friend Rad and stays working for the Belvoir family...
