Little is known of the group who calls themselves 'the black hand'. They are around, and at times, it has even been difficult to prove that.

A few speculate that not even the Belvoir will trifle with them. Other rumors tell that the black hand hold's it roots in the Belvoir.

None truly know anything other than this enigmatic group is some sort of assassination squad. Truly, the only thing known about them, is the

mark left upon each of their victims.

A list of the rumored Black hand members is currently being constructed by outside sources. How accurate it truly is, none can say.
