But that kind of section has been done, over and over again. So I thought I would just tell her how cool she is.

Tar, I'm soo glad you're my very best friend. You always know what to say to cheer me up when SOMEBODY has hurt my feelings, and you are one of the most sincere, clever, creative people I have ever met. Coming to visit you was truly the highlight of my summer and it's a trip that I will never forget. And you think you're getting old..You're not! Just more mature :) I wish this could be more, and tomorrow, it will be, but tonight, I'm quickly running out of funny :) Love ya!
